Shane is a finance professional who operates at the intersection of finance transformation, data architecture, and AI-enabled systems. With deep experience across FP&A, Microsoft Fabric, Business Central, and enterprise data modelling, he designs and builds the finance architectures that others only describe in slide decks.

Architecture before tools
Most finance technology problems are architecture problems. We design the structure before we touch the systems. The right tool in the wrong architecture is still a problem.
Build within what you have
We don't recommend platform replacements. The business case for ripping out an ERP is rarely as strong as the case for structuring what's already there. We work within your infrastructure.
Outcomes, not deliverables
A document that describes what should be built isn't a finance transformation. We measure success by what's running in production and what it's replaced — not by what we've handed over.
